Welcome to the Housing Portal - Please sign in above or see instructions below The 2019-2020 Housing Application is now open for both New and Returning Students! This site, myroom.ju.edu, is your portal for applying for on-campus housing at JU! Simply enter your JU username & password at the top of the page to begin the process! New Students: You must have paid your admissions deposit in order to see the application. Returning Students: You must have a balance of $0 to the University in order to see the application. All Students: It can take up to 2 days after paying a balance or changing your password for the changes to take effect in the housing application. New Students: If you're having trouble logging in, do not change your password to alleviate this issue! Even if you've registered your JU email address, you still need to pay your deposit in order to access the housing application. After your deposit has been paid it can take up to 7 days for the Housing Application to become available. Try logging in with your JU email credentials, if that does not work 7 days after paying your deposit, email our office at housing@ju.edu. Do not change your password to try to alleviate this issue , it can result in further delays in accessing the application. Only change your password if you've been able to log in and then forgotten your password. Please follow the instructions you've received from the Office of Admissions on setting up your JU email account. To activate you account, go to http://activate.ju.edu. You will be required to enter your default username and password before creating your own, unique password. Your username and default password were mailed to you by the Office of Admissions. Returning Students: Returning Students: Please check your email for some specific, relevant information about your sign-up process. If you're having trouble logging in, you can try changing your password and waiting 2 days. If you still cannot log in, contact our office at housing@ju.edu. Graduate Students: Please contact Residential Life at 904-256-7538 for information on housing availability, as graduate student housing is limited. While we do not specifically endorse any off-campus housing providers, there are a number of options near campus including the Tree House Apartments and Jackson Commons. Need Housing Immediately?
